Cozy Appart 4 Proche gare - Cozy Houses

It is very clean indeed, great host and good (quiet) location Positive: Very good instructions and a short walk from the train station. There is even a video showing where to find the keys and how to open the lock box. The place is very clean, well furnished and very well taken care of, the little terrace is nice for fresh air and the area is quiet. Wifi and appliances work perfectly. There is a two plate stove plus an oven and microwave, and an impeccably clean fridge. Negative: Some things need fixing: The door handle for the electric box where the lock boxes are also located was broken and tore a hole in my sleeve. There is no bed, it's a big sofa bed which is very soft and not new anymore, so if you have back problems it's not a good idea. The shower handle is broken (the shower works fine) and this will be fixed asap. No idea about the washing machine as there was no detergent. The neighbours were a bit noisy

We had an interesting and wonderful stay in Paris, thank you. Positive: A bakery is in short distance, but no seating available there. The distance to the RER station is also short, which makes it a good location, even though it is far from central Paris. The sofa-bed is ok, but the mattress too soft. There should be a short written explanation how to unfold the sofa (the video did not work). Negative: The coffee machine did not operate properly. A sac for the normal garbage would be helpful.

Negative: Alles in Ordnung
