Le prix est en adéquation avec la qualité du bien. Le propriétaire nous a à plusieurs reprises sollicité plus que viveme
Positive: Situé proche du centre ville, très pratique. En arrière cour, plutôt calme.
Negative: Nous avons déploré la propreté des communs. J ai pris des photos du bien à notre arrivée pour être sûr qu on ne nous impute pas les dégradations
