A place that needs adjusted expectations in order to be utilised properly, but good value in the end Positive: The location is great, due to the connectivity of the train station. You need 10 minutes to walk to the station and from there, 25 minutes to Notre Dame, direct line. Parking space is in the courtyard of the property. The flat has all amenities and most work fine and it was generally clean. The area is quiet, with some distant noise from the trains, and feels suburban and safe. All in all, considering the low price, the property is good value and is recommended, if you don't expect much more than a place to spend the night and have a shower Negative: - There was a 300 deposit charge, which was hidden in the small print of the confirmation email, which I had missed and they wouldn't give me the keys until I paid it. And I had to enter my payment details in their own site. This felt a little dodgy and it's never happened to me through Booking.com. - The mattresses were out of shape and we couldn't sleep well. Also one of the beds is not really a double, closer to 1.5. - The living room heater did not work. We sent them a message and we received instructions that were wrong, so after some back and forth, we gave up and just set higher the heaters in the rooms to get some heat in the rest of the apartment. That was really inconvenient. - The place has very small windows and no real view, even though it is at the top. - The ceilings are quite low and you cannot walk straight in much of the area. This makes it feel much smaller than it looks. - The main window in the living room has a bug screen that is so dirty, that we kept the shutters closed just to avoid looking at it. - The bathroom door is damaged and does not lock. - After we left, we were asked to give them a 10/10 review and they would also give us a 10/10 (as far as I know, guests are not rated by the properties in Booking.com)

Séjour agréable proche Paris Positive: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, qui mérite largement un avis positif ! Le logement est propre, chaleureux, spacieux et très bien équipé. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise, comme à la maison. Son emplacement est idéal : à proximité de la gare RER, permettant de rejoindre le centre de Paris en seulement 25 minutes. L’accès au logement est également très facile. Mention spéciale pour la vidéo explicative permettant de récupérer les clés et d’accéder à l’appartement : très claire, pratique et vraiment au top ! 👌🏽 Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour !

Positive: Le quartier est très calme, proche des commerces et de la gare RER ainsi que TGV. Il est donc simple de tout faire sans véhicule. L'appartement était très propre et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin, y compris (j'ai apprécié!) du café. Negative: Pour ma part rien à dire, mais à noter que c'est au deuxième étage sans ascenseur, donc pas adapté si vous avez des difficultés à marcher.

Muy recomendable! Positive: El apartamento está muy bien ubicado para pasar unos días en parís, la estación muy cerca no más de 5’ y la frecuencia buena con varias opciones. El apartamento está completo y es tal cual se ve en las fotos. El dueño fue atento y las indicaciones fueron claras. El aparcamiento está en la misma finca,es una casita y eso si, tiene escaleras para subir. En una zona residencial. Muy recomendable!!

Génial. Positive: L’appartement était bien situé, à proximité des commodités. L’intérieur de l’appartement était conforme aux photos et correspondait à nos attentes. Le logement se situe dans un quartier calme et sécurisé.
